Today, there are a lot of specialty restaurant that gives you different countries own taste. Most of the times we tend to eat more in this theme restaurant.
It’s good to know that Filipino theme restaurant that serve our own delicacies and in our own traditional way. One of these specialty restaurants is Adarna Food and Culture located at Kalayaan Ave. Quezon City.
Adarna is a mythical bird in Philippines folklore that cures sickness. Adarna Food and Culture reintroduces different distinct historical, regional, and family heirloom Filipino dishes with a twist.
The restaurant does not offer delicious dishes but also offers a stimulating ambiance. Its like coming back to Lola’s home. Where you can see old radios, charcoal powered iron, Filipiniana collection of old newspaper, old household item, movie poster in the 70’ and 80’s, an old style sari-sari store with authentic komiks and offers some free goodies.
