I woke up late earlier, so I was not a part of the family breakfast. They kinda finished all the eggs and maling. Fried rice was the only thing that was left for me to eat. So I have to cook for myself.

Then I remember the vigan longganisa my parent gave me as a present when they went there for a church conference. The vigan longganisa is an Ilocano delicacy with a plenty of garlic and spices mixture.

It was delicious and very fulfilling. And the smell is so inviting that the kids had the second breakfast with me.

So in the end, I really didn’t miss breakfast with the kids.
