Good food + Bloggers = FUN… FUN… FUN…
Last March 12, Fish and Co. at Shangri-la Mall accommodated a bunch active bloggers to have a great time. The thing is, the bloggers were group into four. Namely Malaysian, Philadelphia, Indian, and Japanese group to create our own version of Fish Around the World Platter.
With a given budget and a limited time. The groups was truly given a challenge. Bloggers financing and creativity is being challenge here, but they all come back with great idea on what they will be creating.
It was a lot of fun. Everybody is doing their best to show off their creative skills.
At Fish & Co., the foods are great and fresh, as expected, and it’s so fresh, it’s served straight up in a pan! Fish & Co. took this cue from the simple practices of Mediterranean fishermen who caught seafood fresh and cooked them immediately in the pan, and made it their own. Favorites are Mussels, Calamari, and Fish and Chips, Seafood Platters and a specialty menu of their own home creation drinks and desserts.
