When we went to the beach we barbeque some meat for breakfast and lunch. Here is my version of barbeque pork chop. So I went out and buy me a pork chop.

What you need:

1/2 kl Pork chop
5 pcs. calamansi
1 cup sprite/7up soda
2 cups soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt

How to make it:

1. In a large bowl combine soy sauce, soda, and calamansi juice.
2. Marinate pork for 30 – 60 minutes.
3. After it marinate, prepare the grill. When ready place pork in the grill.
4. Cook each side for 3 – 5 minutes depending on the heat.

Serve with rice or mashed potato.

I know you will enjoy it.
