It was an ordinary day, nothing special. But I just decided to go out to eat lunch. No definite place in mind, I just want to go out and stretch my legs.
After coming out of the building where I work. Still have not decided where to eat. I walked for a few minutes. Then decided to go to Burgos Circle.
Burgos Circle is becoming famous for fancy and a place where you can relax and dine quietly.
There are a lot of good restaurant to go to. Theres a Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Sugarhouse, Henry’s Place by Good Earth, Melo’s Steak House, UCC Park Cafe and a lot more. But I particularly go to Mile Hi Diner.
Lunch at Mile-Hi Diner
I was welcomed and seated in a good spot. The place is not that big but its a good place to hang-out and spend time with friends.
I was promptly given a menu. I was looking for something that is easy to prepare so that I can get back to the office. So I ordered the Mozzarella Stuffed Burger and a can of coke regular.
After a few minutes of waiting, the burger was serve. I was really hungry by then. I started with the French fries. It was dry and bland but crunchy. After a few fried I then get the burger. The smell was great! Fresh veggies and the sauce has its own aroma in it. I checked the inside, the mozzarella was starting to melt over the thick beef patty that was still smoking hot.
I prepared myself for the first bite. It was so good I didn’t that I got my second bite just after half a minute. The beef patty was so juicy. In my every chew I can sense the crunchiness of the veggies inside.
Mile-Hi Menu
Mile-Hi Diner have a verity of menu that everyone would love. From Burgers to Salads.
They also serve an all day Breakfast menu. So anyone can have their favorite breakfast all day long.
From this menu will be my next meal in Mile-Hi Diner
